If you own a newer device, there are new live wallpapers for you to explore that other devices can’t.
Since launching its feature drop in December, Google has given new features to Pixel owners once every three months. The Live Bloom wallpaper collection features photos of colorful flowers and was released in December. There is a 3D effect where the flowers shift and sway when you tilt your device.
You won’t find the Live Bloom wallpaper after you update your device. You will have to use the Pixel Live Wallpaper app to get the new background.

Instead of an operating system update, the new wallpaper for the devices is delivered via the live wallpaper app. You need to have version 2.0 of the app on a newer version of the phone, like a Pixel 4a or newer. The link will take you to the Play Store where you can update or install the wallpaper.

Go to your home screen afterUpdating the app. To open the pop-up menu, press and hold the background image, then tap “Wallpaper & style” followed by “Change wallpaper.”
Look for the category “Live bloom”. There are four files with a download symbol. If you want to save it to your device, tap the button in the bottom right. The download button will be replaced by a checkmark. The wallpaper can be set by tapping that.
If you want to try it out, you have to go to the home screen. The background should respond to your device’s movement, just like a live wallpaper.
